Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Pricing to join our highly skilled and dynamic Product Team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our Leamington Spa office, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do: Working closely alongside the VP Product and wider Product, Finance and Commercial teams, the Head of Pricing is responsible for the pricing strategy and detailed pricing assumptions of all Forseven products including base vehicles, versions, trims, packs, options, accessories and subscription services across all markets for all model years.
Working together with the Product Strategy and Product Management teams, the Head of Pricing will provide detailed analysis covering competitor pricing strategies and general pricing movements across our market, and lead direction on all price and mix assumptions to optimise the revenue, contribution and profitability of the portfolio offering.
Develop a detailed understanding of the core and adjacent competitor offerings and pricing strategies in all our major markets.Own all pricing inputs into the Forseven business plan.Develop market-specific pricing strategies which balance product offer and model mix with a competitive price point and target contribution margin.Develop the annual MY pricing strategy which accounts for inflation and brand positioning, whilst optimising offer competitiveness, revenue and profit.Together with the Product Management team, develop market-specific feature take-rate analysis to support inputs for options and accessories business cases.Lead the management of options and accessories feature business cases.Lead the design of leasing/subscription models to support the circular ownership business model.Own development of the pricing strategy for both subscription models and connected services.Work with industry bodies to establish residual value and insurance rating assumptions for all products.Qualifications: Qualification (degree or higher) ideally in Engineering, Finance, Business or Marketing.Post qualification experience in Product, Pricing, Finance or Sales, ideally with an automotive OEM HQ.Experience managing, leading and developing a team of direct reports.Pan-European or global experience essential.Proven experience working in Product or Pricing in a non-managerial role.Managed substantial budgets; experience coordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.Experience in new mobility, electrification and circular economies is an advantage.At Forseven, we are more than just a team of professionals; we are dynamic innovators, visionary collaborators and trailblazers who believe in making a difference.
