Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Head of PR will lead a talented team and take the reins in developing and executing a comprehensive global Press, PR, and Influencer strategy.

Develop and manage a global influencer marketing strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Oversee a team executing influencer campaigns, including gifting, collaborations, and product placements.
Leverage data analytics to measure influencer campaign effectiveness and optimise engagement strategies.
Partner with digital teams to create and oversee an affiliate marketing program that drives reach and sales.

Monitor affiliate performance metrics and negotiate agreements to maximise quality traffic and conversions.
Design and execute high-profile events to boost brand visibility and reinforce its premium positioning.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: 7-10 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and events, ideally within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sector.
Established relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and affiliate partners.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire teams and manage external agencies.
