Head of Pharmacy OperationsSalary:  Job Title: Head of Pharmacy OperationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Pharmacy Operations to lead and transform our pharmacy services.
The ideal candidate will be a registered Pharmacist with a proven track record of high performance in operational leadership.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless handling, building, and dispensing of prescriptions, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence within our pharmacy team.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the pharmacy operation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming prescriptions.
Lead and manage the pharmacy services team to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline pharmacy processes, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing service delivery.
Drive change and transformation initiatives to modernise and optimise pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to enhance patient care and service integration.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide mentorship and support to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy department, ensuring cost-effective operations.
