They believe AI is going to transform how people discover and shop products and they are the first mover globally in this $2tn market.
They have an ambitious team with offices in London & Berlin and are backed by top European & US VCs.
What you'll be up to?
This highly entrepreneurial role will evolve but to give you a flavour here's what you should expect to be working on: Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing function, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Own all performance marketing acquisition channels for both our customers and suppliers.
Optimise channel performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and strategic adjustments to maximize blended CM3 / ROAS by country and business.
Continuously look for new growth opportunities and manage a backlog of initiatives, prioritizing based on potential impact and alignment with business goals.
Work as part of a cross-functional growth squad with product, engineering and AI on to implement experiments that improve performance (e.g.
AOV, conversion, repeat).
We follow the classic 500 Startups / Sean Ellis / Reforge approach to growth across teams.
Work with the brand / creative team to build the brand across UK, EU and US.
Own all marketing reporting and analysis You'll be part of the management team inputting into company and product strategy.
Hire, manage and upskill a performance marketing team The ideal skillset Significant growth experience within consumer marketplace or eCommerce business, from early-stage and beyond.
Deep experience managing a £1 million+ monthly paid marketing budget, scaling multiple performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, YouTube, CTV, and more.
You've been running performance marketing campaigns on Meta or Google with a demonstrated ability to grow and optimise one of them at scale You love data, reporting and analysis and are comfortable in spreadsheets and, ideally, know how to use SQL and understand concepts such as LTV and churn analysis You understand The Growth Process and are systematic in testing, learning and running experiments with statistical rigour You're empathetic and understand what makes customer's tic You're ambitious and intently curious, you want to work across a broad set of marketing channels and disciplines - creative, Meta, SEO, Google, branding, mobile, email, mobile.
