IoT Tribe is launching an exciting new accelerator working alongside the Ministry of Defence's Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) and our partners to strengthen the UK's position within NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) initiative.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Head of Partnerships to help deliver a best-in-class programme, driving success and impact for participating dual-use startups, scale-ups, and corporate partners.

The Role This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is already to well connected in the science & technology ecosystem .
You will be responsible for leading our strategic alliances , reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Key areas of focus include:
Drafting an outreach strategy and action plan.
Developing a strategic partnership pipeline to expand our reach, impact and market Developing relationships with the emerging technologies and start-up ecosystem, including the investment community, R&D and universities, government agencies, associations and more Designing and delivering key high-profile ecosystem events that can showcase the UK and NATO's strong innovation capabilities Finding opportunities to add value to our stakeholders across the UK's Defence and Security ecosystem and beyond Deploying the Marcomms budget for maximum impact Support further activities and actions that will lead to our future growth.
Skills, qualifications and experience You must have a strong appreciation and passion for IoT Tribe's mission, with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a graduate and have clearly demonstrated the ability to:
Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally with great attention to detail Engage and interact with C-level decision makers from a wide variety of industries and the public sector Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Understand the advance technology landscape and how key enabling technologies are adopted Extensive network of contacts within the corporate technology & innovation ecosystem Given the sensitivity of some of our work, you will be required to undergo a BPSS check.
You will also be a firm believer that women play a valuable role in technology and, whether you are a man or a woman, strive to make sure that women participate in the programme as founders, mentors, investors and supporters.
