The Role: Oxfam GB is looking for a Head of Partnership Development to join its Private Sector Partnerships team on a fixed-term 13-month contract from March 2025. This pivotal role leads a team of Partnership Managers, supporting them to maximise their partnerships so that we can achieve increased income, influence and impact for Oxfam.

The Head of Partnership Development also acts as a senior stakeholder in our most high value and strategic partnerships and leads on team planning in conjunction with the Head of Private Sector Partnerships. This is an exciting and dynamic role for someone who believes in the power of partnership, enjoys problem-solving and leading on complex negotiations.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, including listening, questioning, building rapport and understanding the needs and values of individuals and organisations. Confident communicator with the interpersonal skills to build trust and inspire senior level corporate contacts, colleagues, and peers. Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and/or workplaces, and creating positive change in work culture, processes, and practices. Knowledge and understanding of corporate fundraising, cause-related marketing and corporate social responsibility. Ability to achieve results by working in an agile way, being comfortable in making decisions consistent with our strategy and values in the face of complexity and lack of clarity. Brokering, partnering and facilitation skills to enable co-creation and greater collaboration across siloes. For this role, you will be expected to role model Oxfam's feminist leadership approach and we have selected the most relevant feminist leadership practices which we will use for assessment purposes:
