The Role As the Head of Paid Media, you will lead the agency's Paid Search and Paid Social teams, driving performance and innovation across client accounts.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping the agency's paid media offering, ensuring client satisfaction, and mentoring a team of talented specialists.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the agency's Paid Media strategy (Paid Search & Paid Social), ensuring cutting-edge, performance-driven campaigns.
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Client Relationships: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns align with their business goals.
Performance Management: Monitor campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation within Paid Media offerings.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Collaboration: Partner with other channel leads (SEO, Programmatic, Creative) to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
Budget Oversight: Manage large campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to KPIs.
Process Optimisation: Drive efficiency and scalability in campaign execution, reporting, and analysis processes.
What We're Looking For Extensive experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, including strategic planning, execution, and optimisation, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level.
Expertise in key platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of Paid Media trends.
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel collaboration.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
