Head Of Operations

Copello are working closely with a Defence Engineering business based in Buckinghamshire to secure a Head of Operations to manage all activities within Production, Planning, Procurement and Quality.

This is a key role for the business to continuously improve the operations strategy to meet the objectives and KPI's for the business that is growing at a pace.

Reporting to the VP you will be responsible for developing and executing Operations Strategies, take ownership and accountability for the Operations teams performance and provide them leadership and development opportunities.

The Head of Operations will need to be data driven and use analytic methods to analyse performance and support improvement win financial performance too.

Suitable candidates will have experience of leading high performing Operations teams and have experience in commercial and a working knowledge of business finance in order to link financial outcomes with operational actions.

This position will be part of succession planning and can provide the opportunity to grow into a more senior role within time.

Being an onsite role this require someone onsite 4 days a week mostly with some flexibility where needed.
