Our client is recruiting for their - Head of Operations Location: Glasgow, on-site
Type: Full-Time

We are recruiting for a sales & operational leader to join the team and oversee all aspects of sales, operations, and marketing as well as general management of day-to-day needs in finance, recruitment, training, compliance, and business development.

Job Summary:
This leader will play a pivotal role in revenue growth and operational execution of all business activities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing human resources functions-including recruitment, training, staff performance, and compliance-as well as monitoring financial performance, sales targets, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: These are some of the tasks you will oversee and optimise in collaboration with relevant leaders:

Recruitment of Consultants & Clinical staffClinic ManagementTrack medication, therapy, and parenting program numbers and monitor for demand/capacity.Monitor available and used appointment slots weekly and monthly.Analyse revenue by source and implement necessary adjustments.Compliance Management, policy reviews, annual audit. Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution: Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales targets and strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Achieve quarterly sales quota, sales pipeline & budgeting.Develop sales processes for end-to-end sales cycle.Drive customer satisfaction, feedback, and patient cycle management.Revenue forecasting & headcount planning.Sales coaching & call monitoring.Performance management. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales processes for goal attainment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.Strong coaching supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management & senior operations preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in using CRM and operational management software.
