They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to join the leadership team and drive the product portfolio as they expand internationally.
Position Overview Nurecover are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Product with a strong engineering background and expertise in the health and wellbeing sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creation of physical products—from design to production—and managing the associated supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
The goal is to achieve a steady launch cadence of two new products per month.
Key Responsibilities Lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative physical products using CAD 3D software.
Collaborate with the Founder and relevant teams to ensure products align with brand vision and customer needs.
Manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory standards and certifications.
Manage intellectual property, patents, and any other legal aspects of product development.
Develop and execute a product roadmap to consistently deliver two new products per month.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet launch goals.
Stay updated on trends and advancements in the health and wellbeing sector.
Leverage customer feedback and market research to inform product design and features.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in physical product development, ideally within the health and wellbeing sector.
Proficiency in CAD 3D design software and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience in supplier and supply chain management.
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance for physical products.
Track record of successfully launching new products on tight timelines.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
