You must have experience of running the pre-pitch and RFP process resulting in significant client wins across PPC ,Paid Social, Programmatic, CRO and SEO agency work.
This role would suit someone who has worked in smaller to medium sized agency set up where they have been working in agile environments.

2 to work along side the MD, building client revenue pipeline and being proactive across new marketing initiatives to secure new revenue opportunities As the Head of New Business, you will be independently building new client relationships and be confident in aligning clients' needs and objectives.
This role is an instrumental hire for the growth plans of the agency and the founders' plans are to increase revenue across a wider client base within the next 6 - 12 months.
This role could also appeal to a digital paid performance consultant who is sales focused and who has built their own media consultancy running digital projects and campaigns across paid media for a range of small to medium sized clients.
Perhaps the time feels right to return back to permanent agency employment, bringing your own client base with you.
There are long term financial incentives as the agency grows with financial exit planned in the next few years.
The agency is currently run be a very experienced Agency Director who has scaled and exited previous agencies and is now dedicated to steering this new agency to great success into 2025.
