Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies for Parameta Solutions, ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive market.
This role will play a critical part in shaping our branding, messaging, and overall image while driving alignment between sales and marketing to accelerate growth.
Role Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
Team Building and Management: Establish and lead a diverse, high-performing marketing team.
Digital Marketing Excellence: Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to drive lead generation and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align sales and marketing efforts for optimal impact.
Branding and Messaging: Oversee the development of a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with key stakeholders.

Experience / Competences Essential: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within financial services, data, or analytics.
