Position : Head of Marketing (Maternity Cover) Location : London, UK (Hybrid) About the Role : A leading global B2B research and rankings firm specialising in law-related benchmarks is seeking a Head of Marketing to cover maternity leave.
This role is crucial in driving revenue growth across key product areas, including benchmarking, awards, subscriptions, client solutions, and events.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to increase revenue across multiple streams: benchmarking & awards (£10m+), client solutions (£2m), subscriptions (£2m), and events (£1m).
Oversee marketing efforts for various awards, rankings, and subscription programs, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Research, Commercial) to enhance go-to-market strategies and improve market penetration.
Manage a small team of marketers and support their career development and performance reviews.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and drive results.
Measure and report on campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Experience & Skills : Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within accreditation, benchmarking, and events sectors.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social media.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experienced with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
