Job Title: Head of Marketing Reports To: CEO and Founder Location: Manchester or New York We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team.
Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder you'll be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing plans whilst overseeing the execution of marketing strategies across all channels.
This position demands a visionary leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Partnering closely with the CEO, creative and product teams to drive effective marketing strategies that elevate the brand and enhances customer engagement.
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms (digital, print, PR, events, etc.)
Lead digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, content marketing, and performance marketing to generate leads and increase conversions.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing efforts Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activities.
Utilising data and analytics to refine strategies and measure marketing effectiveness Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools bringing the freshest thinking into the business to gain competitor advantage.
Lead and motivate the marketing team, supporting the recruitment, training, and professional development.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer feedback Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within a similar environment Expert in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and customer segmentation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Data-driven and able to analyse metrics to make informed decisions.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels Strong ability to lead, inspire, and drive teams Ability to pivot quickly based on changing business needs.
Experience working with international teams or on global strategies.
Strong collaborator with a hands-on approach when necessary.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
