Head of Marketing Permanent, Full-time Fully Remote, c. £65K salary We are seeking a Head of Marketing for a non-profit professional association.
The role will be part of the executive team, reporting to the CEO.
This is an amazing opportunity to drive and create change, focusing on content strategy and commercial growth.
The major purpose of the role is to implement a new content strategy around thought leadership and professional excellence, delivering creative approaches to new audiences, enhancing the organisations brand and driving revenue growth across products and services offered.
The role will be a part of a new transformation team, transitioning work culture, improving comms and management training opportunities.
The successful candidate will be data driven, from campaign creation to performance analysis and channel selection.
Responsibilities Strategy planning, implementing a commercial marketing strategy.
Revenue growth, developing campaigns to maximise profit across membership, partnerships, qualifications, training and events.
Budget management and performance measurement.
Digital transformation.
Audience targeting, market research and analysis.
Leadership, business partnering and agency management.
Qualifications Degree in marketing and/or Chartered Marketer.
Senior marketing experience, focused on content marketing and driving growth.
Strong digital marketing knowledge.
Leadership and team management skills.
Experienced in leading business development initiatives.
