Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: London Holborn (Hybrid after probation – 4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading chain of aesthetic skin clinics seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to elevate their brand presence and drive business growth.

The Role The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth.
This role covers a range of marketing functions, including digital marketing, brand development, patient engagement strategies, and content creation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical professionals, operations teams, and external partners, to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activity.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximised ROI.

Brand Development and Awareness Define and maintain the brand's positioning within the aesthetics market, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal offers and treatment packages.
3.
Digital Marketing Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and running paid ad campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, including newsletters, appointment reminders, and promotional emails.
Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise results.

Patient Acquisition and Retention Implement lead generation strategies across online and offline channels.
Develop loyalty programs, referral incentives, and post-treatment follow-up campaigns to improve patient retention.
Organise events, open days, and webinars to engage both new and existing patients across standalone clinics and retail concessions.
5.
Collaboration and Communication Work closely with medical professionals, front-office teams, and clinic managers to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operations.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and content creators.
6.
Content Creation Develop educational content such as blogs, videos, brochures, and YouTube content to educate patients on aesthetic treatments.
Showcase patient testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after photos to build trust and credibility.
7.
Regulatory Compliance Ensure all marketing materials comply with healthcare regulations and adhere to ethical guidelines within the aesthetics industry.
8.
Performance Tracking and Optimisation Regularly analyse marketing performance metrics, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve marketing outcomes.
About You We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with both creativity and strategic thinking to lead the marketing function.
You will ideally have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
A passion for skin health, beauty, and aesthetics, with a keen interest in the latest industry trends.
A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
