The Role: As Head of Marketing , you'll lead the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, oversee brand messaging, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
You'll have the autonomy to shape our brand voice, collaborate with renowned partners, and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
• Brand Management: Oversee all brand messaging, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships with key collaborators, including Nike, All Saints, Soho House , and other brand allies.
• Campaign Development: Design and execute high-impact campaigns to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and foster loyalty.
• Customer Engagement: Drive innovative engagement strategies to strengthen our customer relationships.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics, analyzing data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and external creative agencies to align on brand goals and initiatives.

About You: • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the FMCG, food, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.
• Track record of successful brand campaigns and stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance measurement tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness is a plus.
