Head Of Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our client on a 14 months contract for maternity cover.

The successful candidate will lead Marketing across the brand and work closely with the Social Media Executive to drive community engagement, manage our expansive CRM database, oversee influencer collaborations and manage the marketing efforts.
What you'll do… Brand Management: Protect, nurture, and develop the brand across multiple touch points across the guest journey, both online and in venue.CRM Management: Oversee CRM database of 500k contacts, focusing on the 100k opted into marketing.
Lead projects related to loyalty scheme development.Content and Communications: Manage day-to-day communications, including newsletters.
Coordinate with external copywriters, ensuring alignment with brand tone and style.Influencer Marketing: Manage collaborations with influencers through the Pinkfluence platform, organising quarterly influencer events and partnership evenings.Social Media: Support and mentor the Social Media Executive.
Manage relationships with an external agency on all Paid Social campaigns.PPC Campaigns: Coordinate with the head of sales to strategise PPC campaigns and manage an external agency to optimise results.TV & Event Marketing: Engage in outreach and partnerships for TV shows and influencer filming.
Organise ad hoc events with the sales and events team.Brand and Design: While graphic design skills are not essential, experience with tools like InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
Managing freelance designers when necessary.Website Management: Update and innovate Webflow site designs, improving user experience and site functionality.Reporting: Prepare and present monthly marketing reports, highlighting significant campaigns and results to the board.Partnership Building: Foster relationships with drink brands, local businesses, and charity partners to drive joint marketing initiatives.You'll have… Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in hospitality or consumer-focused industries.
Ideally in start ups.Strong CRM management experience, familiar with large databases.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects.Experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy.Knowledge of website management and design, with a preference for experience using Webflow.Salary: up to £60k
Logistics: Canary Wharf, London (4 days a week at office / venue)
