Head of Marketing  sought to join the B2B events arm of a big-name media business working on a Tier 1 event worth 30M+.
The successful candidate will manage two Senior Marketing Managers, overseeing all marketing milestones and project deliverables, while contributing to broader marketing strategy development.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in team empowerment, data-driven strategy, and project management, especially within events or process-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision: Direct marketing initiatives, aligning with business goals.
Team Empowerment: Support two Senior Managers, each responsible for distinct marketing segments.
Project Coordination: Streamline workflows across marketing, sales, and content teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure cohesive messaging and seamless project execution.
