We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to oversee the execution of our marketing initiatives and drive operational excellence within the department.
This role is pivotal in translating strategic vision into action, ensuring the team meets its objectives, and maintaining high standards of campaign performance and brand consistency.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities, mentoring team members, and supporting the broader business goals set by the Chief Growth Officer.

Responsibilities: Campaign Management : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.
Team Oversight : Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing clear direction, support, and feedback to ensure alignment with department goals.
Performance Tracking : Oversee key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance updates and ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets.
Content Oversight : Coordinate with content, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Budget Management : Assist in managing the marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Market Research & Insights : Conduct and leverage market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning, using these insights to inform campaign adjustments.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and providing timely updates on campaign performance.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements within the marketing department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About you: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and executing successful campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
