Major franchise business within hospitality that is looking to grow its engagement with its franchisees. This is a delightful role for a HEAD OF (Marketing) COMMUNICATION: FRANCHISES in which you will oversee the refinement and improvement of current messaging to franchisees in order to increase engagement and generate excitement. You will be an established storyteller and will support your team to generate excitement from franchisees. The role has a strong team management element and will only suit an experienced leader with an empathetic/kind coaching style to develop & retain the team. This role is regarded as a key senior level appointment and as such you will have plenty of autonomy.

Salary: Total comp of circa £104,500 (comprised of base salary of £76k + 25% bonus from summer, and £9500 car allowance)
Duties: Team ManagementLead the department and develop/coach/mentor the team of 6Help the team celebrate the company and generate excitement and engagementSupport the messaging to deliver a clear vision, mission and company objectivesDeveloping and executing the annual Franchisee communications calendarEnsure alignment and consistency across all markets and a compelling flow of stories throughout the year.Driving excellence in storytelling across the team (including presentation decks)Liaising with suppliers including digital and design agenciesReportingAll Board level communications: Report back to the Director and deliver the Annual Report and online Annual Business Review on time and within budgetDeveloping, analysing and reporting Franchisee communications KPIs at Board levelEngagement through TechnologyDay-to-day management of the new Franchisee engagement platform to ensure high levels of engagement with Franchisees Requirements: Previous experience within a Franchise environmentSuccessful track record of working in a communications or marketing roleExperience in managing and using digital communications toolsOutstanding PowerPoint skills to create compelling decks
