Your Role: We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing to join our team at Ohme and help shape our manufacturing process as the firm continues to scale rapidly. You will drive all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. You will oversee the production and manufacturing functions of our operations and will execute against the strategic plan.
Continuous improvement, cost efficiency and stakeholder management are key aspects of the role as well as ensuring the highest quality standards.
The role can be based in Chester, UK OR Cork, Ireland. Who You Are: You will be degree educated with 10+ years of manufacturing experience; ideally, you will have an Electronics Engineering degree.
You will have the following experience:
Broad expertise in manufacturing, production engineering, quality and operations People management and leadership skills Ability to influence, drive change, negotiate and communicate at a senior level EMS and Global Scale-up manufacturing experience Experience working in an R&D environment Identifying and developing opportunities for new or improved manufacturing or assembly processes, digital systems & technologies to meet current or future requirements. Strong Electronics engineering experience; IoT expertise Experienced in certification (e.g. UL, IEC/ISO) Comfortable with supply chain and quality control A can-do attitude - someone who can roll up their sleeves in a rapidly scaling firm Why work with Ohme?
