Lead the plan to establish industry benchmark customer service, creating partnerships with our Logistics Providers and responsible for our Warehouses, Logistics movements and repack, focusing on supplier service levels, on shelf availability, and operating cost to support the company's overall targets will be your primary focus.
You're constantly looking for continuous or disruptive improvement activities within the interface between our 3PL & 4PL partners, Global excellence team and internal teams across the Business Unit.
Key responsibilities include: Relationship management for 3PL, 4PL and Global Business Solutions Partner Creating a High-Performance team with our 3PL and 4PL to create a ONE Team mentality across the site of almost 400 employees to establish the industry benchmark for customer service To identify new ideas for the overall logistic value chain; optimizing existing processes and support activities across the region Accountability for inbound and outbound performance of transport Ownership of logistics KPIs, while delivering year-on-year continuous improvement Accountable to build strong relationship with other functions in the business, driving a collaboration mindset.
Support for Export performance, process, communication and KPIs Accountability for systems performance and issue resolution Support the delivery of the Control tower project across Europe, representing UKI logistics.
Stock control and management of finished product across site Annual site audits (e.g.
soil association, local environmental, internal audit) Drive improvement of logistics processes vs the Logistics Operating Standards (LOG.OS) Ownership of the logistics budget for Northern Europe Partner with the Strategic Projects manager, to deliver major CAPEX investments, ensuring that logistics can deliver the 10-year business plan Ownership of the Logistics IBP process Partner with the digital team, actively contributing to the digital transformation journey Qualifications Prior experience in Logistics preferred Strong analytical skills Engaging and collaborative Leadership skills Strong understanding of the value chain and customer service Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred Professional Attributes Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
