You will focus on driving the branch forward, managing a talented team of lettings staff, while ensuring service delivery is upheld to the highest standards.
Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in building strong connections with landlords and colleagues, ensuring outstanding customer service and seamless operations.
The Package: Up to £55k basic plus OTE up to £70k Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:30 + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 09:30 - 12:30 Free parking in Harrogate!

Drive business growth through active lead generation and strategic market engagement.
Oversee and conduct property valuations, providing expert guidance to clients.
Manage your own workload with precision and attention to detail.
Build and maintain stellar relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds targets and objectives.
The Person: Previous experience in a similar role within the UK estate agency industry.
Strong understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Experience in leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional results.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Relevant qualifications such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent is desirable, however training will be provided if not.
