Head Of Legal

I have been instructed on a rare Head of Legal role with a renowned infrastructure company in South East of England. This is a unique role where the successful lawyer will have the opportunity to specialise in commercial, corporate and company secretarial work

You can expect to be exposed to the following:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Managing all company secretarial duties (although if you do not have experience in this you will be trained) Liaising with external legal providers if you do come across a matter unfamiliar or do need assistance Managing legal expenditure budget Reporting to the CFO To be considered you need to have:
5 plus PQE in commercial law. A background in corporate and company secretarial work is an advantage UK qualified Solicitor Work well as part of a team Having worked at a renowned law firm or from an in house background Please apply for this role directly or contact me on for more information.
