Role Purpose The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly effective, learning-focused specialists in the delivery of digital learning interventions to meet identified performance needs and gaps.
Working as part of the UX and Technology Solutions team, your team will be responsible for the end-to-end curation and management of a portfolio of learning solutions, leveraging all available learning mediums, including Classroom, Virtual, Online, and Digital formats.
This senior role will also involve strategic thinking in developing our Learning Solutions team to support our business growth strategy.
You will plan people, processes, and technology to align with and support our future business plan, ensuring the team is positioned to meet organizational goals effectively.
Through effective demand planning of your team (in partnership with the Programme Success Manager), you will ensure the right-sized resources are in place and that the team is developed with the appropriate capabilities to deliver impactful performance change.
The role reports into our UX and Technology Solutions Director.
