Our client has an overarching objective of leading excellence in their industry, and strive to be a world class professional body, serving the needs of its members as well as the public. This is an excellent opportunity to push through a transformation project that has already began and lead the IT function into its future state.
Our client is a member-based organisation with around 15,000 members and 170 colleagues. In this role you will be responsible for eight IT colleagues, the wider transformation team, as well as providing exceptional IT services to the wider organisation. You will be expected to interpret the current IT strategy, lead all aspects of cyber security, drive innovation and efficiencies, and ensure smooth delivery of the IT transformation programme working closely with the programme team.
Required Skills: Significant experience leading the successful implementation of an ERP system or best of breed solutions for medium to large scale organisationsProven understanding of cyber security concepts, accreditations, and trendsExperience managing suppliers, IT procurement, and the implementation of new systemsExperience in a senior management role, with demonstrable experience across multiple IT disciplinesExcellent understanding of Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune)Significant experience of managing an IT teamStrong interpersonal skillsNice to have: Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Business CentralBenefits: Flexible hybrid working (no set office days)Private HealthcareUp to 10% employee pension contribution30 days annual leave + bank holidaysHead Resourcing is committed to being an inclusive business where diversity is valued and celebrated.
