About the Role To support our continued international expansion, we are seeking a Head of International Marketing to join our marketing team.
The role and responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Oversee the growth of international markets (new and existing) in terms of enquiries and resulting enrolmentsUtilise our global network of students, graduates and contacts to establish our international brandOversee and execute a strong influencer program in all international marketsSource PR opportunities and advertising in target territoriesPromote CNM to local communities and businessesLeaflet the local and surrounding areas on a regular basis and promote CNM to local businesses and the general publicCommunicate with Head Office to ensure open evenings are promoted effectively ahead of the date to ensure a high level of attendanceGain and secure appropriate Business to Business (B2B) contacts that could support us in promoting the coursePlan and execute Open days and Open evenings to reach potential audiencesSupport and represent CNM at relevant events, exhibitions, and seminars as appropriateEstablish a network of likeminded people/companies/groups in order to make the college more known and therefore get more students enrolledIdentify new and effective ways to promote events by using speakers, third party companies, and varied topicsOrganise and attend all events, open evenings, and exhibitions for the college as appropriateRecruit and manage opinion leaders, influencers, and VIPs within the target territoryPost and manage the local territory Facebook pageEstablish Health Talks, Webinars, and attendance-based Events (using CNM Students and Graduates in country and cross-border)Evaluate target territories (assessing local regulations, accreditations, licensing, and competitors)Contribute to and carry out the Marketing Plan for each international marketLine-management of International Marketing Managers and ExecutivesThe ideal candidate: Is a commercially-driven, proven marketerHas knowledge of natural therapies or education in marketingAdvantageous but not mandatory: Experience in marketing internationallyFluency in any languages other than EnglishBenefits: Very competitive salary, negotiable, depending on skills, previous results, knowledge, and experience.Free short courses.Bike to work scheme.Two company events per year.Additional holiday with length of service (max 26 days + Bank Holidays).Paid sick leave after the first year of employment.
