Head of Integrated Commissioning – Adult Social Care£500-600 per day Inside IR35 5 months initially Near Bristol Hybrid Working This pivotal role involves leading commissioning efforts across Intermediate Care and managing a team of eight commissioners across both organizations. The ideal candidate must be ready to hit the ground running, with proven managerial experience within Adults' Services commissioning.
Your role as Head of Integrated CommissioningAs Interim Head of Integrated Commissioning, you will oversee the following areas reporting to the Director of Commissioning:
Intermediate Care / Early Intervention / PreventionReablementTherapies: Local Authority Occupational Therapy, NHS Community TherapiesNeuro Pathways and ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) pathwaysHospital Discharge Pathway: P0 / P1 / P2 / P3Technology-Enabled Care & EquipmentSection 75 agreementsAbout you as a Head of Integrated CommissioningHave extensive experience at Head of Service level in Integrated Commissioning for Adults' Services.Demonstrate an excellent understanding of National Policy and best practices governing Integrated Commissioning.Have recent knowledge and experience in intermediate care and reablement, including hospital discharge pathways and community therapies.Are adept at managing teams and collaborating across organizational boundaries.Can provide and present complex, sensitive information to senior stakeholders, negotiating on contentious issues effectively.If this role sounds of interest to you, then please apply today with your full CV stating your availability for interview and when you could start if successful.
