Why be a Head of Influencer Marketing at LOOKFANTASTIC?
We are looking for a strategic and commercial-savvy influencer marketing leader to spearhead and deliver the global influencer marketing and creator strategy for LOOKFANTASTIC.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing our approach to influencer marketing, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class activations to meet both commercial and brand objectives.
As a Head of Influencer Marketing, you'll: Lead our global influencer marketing strategy, focusing on the EU (Netherlands, Germany) and Middle East; including sourcing and setting up agency partnerships where required.
Forecast KPIs and channel performance on a weekly/monthly basis.
Work with our Data & Insights team to develop a channel reporting framework to understand the true impact of influencer marketing.
Manage a multi-million pound influencer marketing budget, reviewing and allocating appropriate spend for key activations.
Define and oversee our approach to using content creators, working with channel leads to maximize content use.
Create a VIP/celebrity influencer strategy, leading all top-tier partnerships from identification to negotiation and campaign management.
Nurture relationships with key agencies, talent managers, and direct talent, acting as a brand ambassador for LOOKFANTASTIC.
Provide leadership and guidance for the influencer team.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Minimum 8 years' experience in influencer marketing, working with/for at least one large-scale brand (£100M+).
Hands-on experience across influencer marketing, including talent management, negotiation, and activation.
Understanding of paid social best practices and amplification of creator content.
Prior management of a multi-million pound budget, including tracking and re-forecasting.
Experience managing/overseeing organic or paid social teams desirable.
