Job Summary: Leading the UK Reward & Workforce Relations team.
Being accountable for the Reward and Workforce Relations Strategy that supports the Group People Plan and business strategy to help attract, retain and manage the people.
Accountabilities: Being a supportive Leader, developing the team to reach their full potential Owner of colleague policies and procedures for the UK Managing union relationships for the UK, including negotiations, consultations and communications to all UK forums Owning the Total reward proposition for all UK employees Leading the annual pay review cycle including bonus plans, pay gap reporting, salary surveys and benchmarking Lead the benefits annual cycle, including flexible benefits.
Experience relevant for the role: Experience of Implementing Reward, Benefit, and workplace relations strategies with in depth understanding of technical expertise and legislative impacts Experience of in managing HR policy changes Experience in leading Union negotiations Leading Large teams
