Head Of Hr (Fermanagh - Vanrath Exclusive)

Head of HR Fermanagh VANRATH Exclusive Role VANRATH are exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding NI business, located in Fermanagh, with the appointment of a Head of HR role.
The company in question are growing via acquisition and have exciting plans in place to increase turnover and employee headcount, through strategic purchase of organisations in both UK and US markets, that can add to the companies growing portfolio of products.
As such, it will be highly advantageous to have TUPE, Mergers / Acquisitions exp, or have worked within a high growth business.
Reporting directly to the MD, the Head of HR will form part of the company's Senior leadership team, with a collective focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategically, the Head of HR will be responsible for developing a Talent Management Strategy for implementation throughout the Group, as well as operationally overseeing the day to day running of the function, with direct line support of an exp HR generalist.
