Head of Housing - 12 months - Lancashire - Day rate DOE A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Head of Housing to join their team on an interim basis for the course of 12 months.
The ideal candidate would have the following: Previous experience in: • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Public Sector.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills.
• Extensive knowledge of housing regulations and best practice Your roles and responsibilities would include: • Leading the Property Department in the development and implementation of housing services strategies.
• Ensuring the effective delivery of housing services in line with organisational objectives.
• Managing multiple teams equating to a size of around 60-80 officers.
• Directing the preparation and management of the department's annual budget.
• Responding to and resolving complex housing issues.
• Developing policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
