Role Overview Are you a conference and event expert, ready to manage flagship events both in the UK and internationally?
Do you thrive on creating dynamic agendas and working with leading speakers to inspire positive change in healthcare?
As a Head of Healthcare Production, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the creation and delivery of conference programmes within the healthcare sector.
Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth, designing impactful conference agendas, securing high-profile speakers, and ensuring the successful execution of events that drive innovation in healthcare.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and our operations teams to maximise the commercial success of these events.
What Can You Expect from the Day to Day?
Produce 6 to 7 in-person events annually Build and manage a network of key relationships across the healthcare sector Conduct thorough market research to support the expansion of our healthcare portfolio and develop commercially successful conference programmes Keep up to date with trends and key changes within the healthcare sector Source, recruit, and manage speakers, nurturing relationships to ensure mutual value Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise event performance Monitor and evaluate event success, incorporating speaker and delegate feedback to improve future events Success Factors Experience in commercial conference production ideally within the healthcare sector Comfortable working with high-profile individuals Confident in public speaking and adept at leading meetings or presentations Excellent organisational and time management skills Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging agendas, copy, and content Articulate and detail-oriented, with a strong commercial focus Ambitious, with a desire to learn, grow, and progress Partnership Network Events embrace diversity in all its forms and are committed to continuing to develop a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
