This includes fostering a workplace where everyone—employees, contractors, and visitors—feels responsible, competent, and empowered to prioritize Health & Safety daily.
Identify and address any skill or knowledge gaps within the Health & Safety team and throughout leadership roles, including directors, managers, team leaders, and supervisors.
This supports the entire business in feeling empowered and capable of enhancing Health & Safety for themselves and their colleagues.
Advance the effectiveness of quarterly Health & Safety Committee meetings across the business, driving continuous improvement from the Health & Safety 360 evaluation and roadmap, and refining these efforts annually.
