Head of Growth My Client is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Growth for one of their operating companies, headquartered in Hertfordshire My client is a trusted and local managed IT services provider.
They take the time to get to know your business and operate very much as an extension of your team, offering both on and offsite support options.
This way, They can provide bespoke IT solutions that meet your specific business requirements.
They offer services in managed IT, cloud, data protection, managed networks and cybersecurity.
Your work as the Head of Growth includes several components: Professionalising the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
Player / coach- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player.
As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.
Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth.
However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together.
You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns.
Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand person.
Formulate overall business strategy and execute.
Managed Service Provider Sales experience - Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred.
based in or around Hertfordshire - Experience with this market is preferred.
