We are seeking a highly driven Head of Growth to spearhead opportunity generation for our specialist agencies. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business development efforts, whether through your personal outreach, strategic partnerships, or collaboration with the broader sales and marketing initiatives.

You will own the entire prospect journey—from the initial introduction, through nurturing relationships, to handing over fully qualified opportunities to our agency teams with a well-crafted sales strategy.
To excel in this role, a robust background in business development is essential. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential leads from a variety of sources, often over extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:Own the early stages of the sales process: Focus on the identification, profiling, and engagement of prospects.Strategic outreach: Leverage our brand assets, case studies, and expertise to craft tailored communications across multiple channels.Lead nurturing: Facilitate introductory meetings, build rapport, and nurture leads with relevant insights.Value-driven engagement: Use thought leadership and deep industry knowledge to add value during prospect interactions.Opportunity qualification: Identify, qualify, and seamlessly transition opportunities to agency teams with a completed sales strategy for pitch execution.Industry representation: Attend and represent the group at key external events and networking opportunities.Pipeline management: Lead regular pipeline reviews with agency teams, ensuring progress and alignment.Collaborative content development: Partner with agency teams to ensure we have the necessary outreach collateral and materials.Sales process optimisation: Continuously seek improvements in our sales processes and analyse performance metrics to drive growth.This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape the sales and marketing function from day one, with the potential to make an immediate impact.
What We're Looking For:A proven track record in strategic sales and business development, with a deep understanding of a sales methodology like GAP selling.Experience in leading and coaching sales teams, managing performance, and driving results.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex group structures and influence stakeholders.The ambition to lead the go-to-market strategy and contribute to a fast-paced growth journey, offering substantial career development and earning potential.If you're a dynamic leader with the drive to shape a growing sales function and deliver meaningful business impact, we want to hear from you.

You'll be a strategic sales leader with expertise in utilising structured sales methodologies, such as GAP selling. With a proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams, you'll be skilled in coaching, performance management, and driving results. Additionally, your strong relationship-building skills will enable you to navigate group structures and foster meaningful stakeholder relationships.

The salary range for this role is dependent on skills and experience.
