Job Description Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.Engage in strategic financial decision-making at the departmental and company level.Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.Provide financial insight and guidance to senior management.Oversee budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.The Successful Applicant A successful Head of FP&A should have:
