Reporting to the UK&I Finance Director, the Head of Financial Reporting and Control (FR&C) plays a pivotal role in our Finance function, heading up one of six Centres of Excellence (COEs).
This role oversees critical areas including monthly financial and management reporting, statutory reporting for 37 entities, and the development of innovative dashboard and regulatory reporting solutions.
You'll collaborate with other COEs and business units to resolve complex reporting challenges and ensure accuracy, compliance, and insight.Leading a talented team of 80+ professionals across multiple locations, you'll drive key initiatives that shape our financial operations.
This includes managing risks and controls, partnering with auditors, and delivering precise, timely financial data.
Beyond the numbers, you'll inspire and mentor your team to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.We're also looking for a change leader—someone ready to manage and deliver finance transformation projects that future-proof our processes.
