The Head of Finance is a brand new position created by a recently appointed CFO, and is the first piece of recruitment to develop a rapidly growing, modern, and dynamic finance function within the business.
The role sits immediately on the executive committee and works closely with many of the business directors, also supporting a team of five (including the incoming Finance Manager).
The Head of Finance will support this ethos, managing the team and playing a key role in developing a robust and modern department.
This is a forward-thinking position, focusing on future projects and forecasts as the business grows, and supporting the CFO.
Who we're looking for: A technically and commercially astute individual, the successful candidate will be a qualified individual (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), and probably possess seven years+ PQE gained in a commercial environment.
A naturally people-focused professional, the HoF will lead by example, supporting the company's history of supporting and developing staff from within.
