This role offers real progression potential, with the opportunity to step up to Finance Director within the next 2-3 years following a planned transaction.

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, helping the business scale and prepare for further acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the production of monthly and annual financial statements Drive improvements in processes, controls, and financial reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support commercial objectives Play a key role in upcoming acquisitions and manage the onboarding of newly acquired businesses Ensure all reconciliation processes are managed, including balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and external stock reconciliations Monitor and manage cash flow effectively Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful year-end audits Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance Key Requirements Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) Demonstrable leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing teams Strong organisational and time management skills Hands-on experience improving processes, implementing robust controls, and driving efficiency Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed business is a plus Why Join?
