Our client are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead their financial operations and strategy.
This senior role is key to overseeing the month-end close process, driving budgeting and forecasting, and delivering crucial financial insights to the executive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for year-end accounts, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the month-end close process and oversee year-end financial accounts.
Develop and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and provide commercial financial support.
Enhance cash flow management and oversee debt level strategies.
Analyse financial performance, deliver reports, and offer actionable insights.
Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation in finance operations.
Candidate Profile: Qualifications : Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience : Strong background in Excel and accounting software, proven audit and tax experience, and a history of leading financial reporting.
Skills : Excellent analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
