About Flix Premiere A class-leading streaming platform solution working with the Independent filmmakers sector.

The Opportunity We are looking for a qualified Head of Finance and Administration to run this business alongside other exciting, connected businesses which are all "Start up" in nature and headed by our founder Martin Warner.

Responsibilities Maintain all accounting records including preparation of monthly management accounts and full year-end pack for external accountants.
Company secretarial record keeping including all Statutory books.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and Privacy Policies.
Oversight of all premises related matters and personnel records.
Maintain contract records for personnel and third parties / suppliers.
Contribute towards and oversee other in-house projects.
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in finance and administration management within the SME or Start up Tech Sector.
Qualified accountant (Chartered or Certified).
Required Skills Highly proficient communication skills with experience communicating with executive stakeholders and suppliers.
Experience working with IT teams.
Hands on approach, and team player.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
