Our client, a leading consultancy firm in the agricultural sector, is seeking an experiencedming Consultant/Advisor to be a Head of Farm and Food Consulting and lead their East Anglia team.
This role involves overseeing strategic and technical farm consultancy services and providing expert advice to a diverse range of farm businesses.
The position is ideal for a driven leader with strong experience in farm consultancy and management, who is eager to contribute to the company's growth and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
Role: Lead and manage the Food & Farming departments across Cambridge and Norwich, working closely with regional Heads of Office.
Drive new business development, identifying opportunities to expand service lines.
Foster relationships with local clients and enhance the team's profile through marketing, PR, and charitable events.
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and addressing recruitment needs.
Ensure the department meets and exceeds fee-earning targets.
Champion cross-selling activities within the department and across other divisions.
Monitor and improve financial performance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Implement company strategies and policies, maintaining smooth and compliant departmental operations.
