The role consists of managing a team of five staff, whilst directly providing support and advice to other departments.

Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

Head of Facilities and Compliance Main Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for adherence of an organisation to policies and procedures especially regulatory and ethical standards.
Perform audits and implement policies.
Lead on facilities, projects and initiatives relative to all aspects of service, delivery and development including those relative to operations, health, safety, environmental and accessibility compliance and best practice.
Oversee compliance within organisation and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requests policies and procedures.
Monitor all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety of all functions.
Running routine inspection with contractors and planning maintenance and supervising staff.
Negotiating with third party vendors.
To take requests both strategic and operational matters.
Meeting and improving costs where applicable and feasible using recognised cost analysis methods.
