This premier creative events agency based in London, are renowned for delivering bespoke events for luxury brands and private clients. They have a global reputation and deliver flawless events for their clients across London & the world! They are a close knit team and are on the lookout for their next Head of Events to lead the agency.

What You'll Be DoingAs the Head of Events, you will lead the entire events team and oversee all client projects from conception to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing event logistics, creative development, and ensuring seamless delivery. You will lead new business pitches, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure all events are executed to the highest standards, in line with their luxury branding. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will manage the team's productivity, offer strategic feedback, and lead the company's internal processes.

What Experience You Need to ApplyA minimum of 7 years' experience in event production, ideally within a luxury or high-end agency setting.Proven expertise in managing high-profile accounts and delivering events with budgets exceeding £1 million.Strong project management skills, with experience in supplier management, event design, production (lighting, sound, AV), and catering.A creative, commercially astute mindset, with a flair for developing and executing event concepts that are both visually stunning and logistically sound.Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and nurturing client relationships.Confidence in overseeing all aspects of event delivery, from budget creation to post-event analysis. You will be offered a salary in the range of £70,000 - £80,000 with an additional profit share bonus. You will also receive a Christmas shutdown period, learning and development budgets, hybrid working, and subsidised memberships.
