We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Head of European Sales to join our Force Sensors division.
Responsibilities: Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
Senior partner of the management in the territory.
Coach mentor and develop the team.
Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product and territory.
Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice Willingness to travel across the region up to 50% Region: Europe Benefits: Upon joining VPG you become part of an amazing global community.

Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging Robotics Medical Machine Builders Construction Agriculture etc.).
Strong business/finance background and experience Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales Previous experience negotiating multiyear contracts with large global OEMs Excellent communication and presentation skills Remote Work : Yes Employment Type : Fulltime
