As the Head of Engineering, you will lead and manage a diverse team of software professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation You will define and execute a technical strategy aligned with business goals, oversee multiple software projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery, and drive the adoption of modern development practices.
As Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for: leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse team of software engineers, architects, and QA professionals.
Defining and executing the technical strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives .
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent software projects.
Ensuring the architecture and design of software solutions meet high standards of performance, scalability, and security.
Working closely with the wider business to align engineering efforts with business needs.
We'd love you to have Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement within IT.
Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
