Role: Head of Engineering (hands on) Salary range: up to 120k ( equity) Location: Central London (x2 days pw on site) Tech stack includes: Typescript, React, Next, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, AWS.
Current team size: 8 engineers & 1 Chief Architect Head of Engineering on a Permanent basis for a B2B SaaS startup company in London.
Theyve recently raised just under 5 million pounds and are looking to scale their engineering department.
The product is a B2B Platform - enabling sales people to improve efficiency digital sales experience via "pods" (All in one platform).
80% management | 20% hands on Essentials for this role: Full Stack experience at a Senior level - React, Node, Typescript, AWS (backend leaning engineer preferred).
Management experience - 1 year minimum, 2 years plus ideally Able to lead / drive the team Preferred: B2B SaaS experience.
