We are working on behalf of our client to find a seasoned and visionary Head of Engineering to lead strategic and operational initiatives, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.


Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role: As a key member of the leadership team, you will take full ownership of engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Your expertise will enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional outcomes for the organization.


What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industries.
Demonstrated success in driving large-scale operational improvements and achieving challenging KPIs.
Strong strategic vision, combined with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and unite diverse teams.
Expertise in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
